The locks felt insecure, lacking sufficient safety features!!! Also, the toilet cleanliness failed to meet basic standards!!! One towel for three guests was insufficient and disappointing!!! Wi-Fi problems left me disconnected!!!

The Tabaq restaurant inside the hotel truly impressed me with its delicious food. It became a highlight of our visit. However, there were some hiccups. We faced issues when the room I booked wasn't available, but the staff quickly arranged a similar room. On top of that, we had trouble with WiFi and cable TV, which the staff took too long to fix. Also, it was frustrating that we only had one towel for three people. But in the end, the good aspects mostly outweigh the negatives, making it a decent place to stay.
